Domenica 27 maggio 2018 si terrà, presso l’Azienda Agraria Sperimentale Stuard, il Festival del Biologico e del Prodotto Locale. L’evento, organizzato da FederBio e in collaborazione con la Stuard, è dedicato alla presentazione delle realtà più significative del nostro territorio sia come produzioni biologiche certificate, sia per quelle che rispecchiano innovazione e tipicità in ambito agroalimentare.
La manifestazione avrà inizio alle ore 9.00 e per l’intera giornata sarà allestito il mercato dei produttori, arricchito con momenti di divulgazione dedicati ai benefici del bio e alla promozione di produttori bio e locali attraverso conferenze e degustazioni di prodotti proposti all’interno del mercato, ai quali prenderanno parte anche numerose autorità del territorio.
Come da programma, nel corso del pomeriggio verrà presentato il progetto Bio2 e verrà mostrato il video ufficiale del progetto.
Il pranzo sarà realizzato dagli stessi produttori e per la creazione dei pic nic sarà distribuito il pane di Bio2.

Next Sunday 27th May, the Organic and Local Product Festival will be held at Azienda Agraria Sperimentale Stuard. The event, organized by FederBio in collaboration with Stuard, is dedicated to the presentation of the most relevant realities of our territory both as certified organic producers, and for those that represent innovation and speciality in the agri-food sector.
The event will start at 9.00 am; for the entire day the market of producers will be set up, enriched with dissemination activities and conferences dedicated to the highlight of the benefits of the organic farming and the promotion of organic and local producers.
As described in the schedule, the Bio2 project will be presented and the official video of the project will be shown to all the participants.
The lunch will be made by the producers themselves and the bread made with the flour of the Bio2 project will be distributed for the creation of the picnic.
