Sul numero 1/2 di Gennaio/Febbraio 2018 della rivista mensile della Regione Emilia-Romagna dedicata all’agricoltura è stato pubblicato un articolo sul nostro progetto BIO2. L’articolo, che racconta degli obiettivi, partner, primi risultati e prossimi step del progetto, è inserito in una sezione di focus dedicata ai grani antichi.
Il focus è dedicato alla presentazione delle caratteristiche agronomiche di questi frumenti, dei diversi progetti mirati al loro recupero, conservazione e valorizzazione, delle regole per la commercializzazione; vengono infine riportate interviste ad esperti nutrizionisti, agronomi e giovani ricercatori.
In the January/February issue of the monthly journal of agriculture of Regione Emilia-Romagna, an article about Bio2 has been published.
The article, which deals with the objectives, partners, first results and next steps of the project, is part of a focus on ancient grains.
The focus presents the agronomic characteristics of ancient wheats, the projects in Emilia-Romagna aimed at their recovery, conservation and valorization, the marketing rules. Interviews with nutritionists, agronomists and young researchers are reported (Italian only).
